Gross. I'm now an official anti of. (Alot of civilized rambling. If you are too lazy or tired to read till the end then don't point at me saying I'm just a jealous anti-fan.)I didn't really like them the day I knew about them admitting that jealousy are acting up after the That was jealousy. But that played only a small percentage. Yes. SNSD are close to oppas I wanna marry. But what the hell should I hate them for that? BoA is extremely close to Jaejoong too. Jae even mentioned that they are platonic friends and he had chosen her to call in a variety show. Did you see me heating up? No. The Grace. Jaejoong had a duet with them did I actually went hating them just because of that? *shook head*And I didn't even go abhoring that Han Hyo Joo even though she is KISSING Jae! I didn't say that she's a whore a slut....... I remained quiet.. and sad. LOL. Putting jokes aside. I even went to watch 6 episodes of Spring Waltz but the storyline is extremely boring and the male lead is an extremely boring person as well. TTThese evidences are enough to show that jealousy is not enough to make one hate a person. Of course this incenses the situation even further and is kind of a low blow; I am a girl and I think that one of the things all girls hate to be called is desperate. Anti-Fans are not jealous. Most of us have resigned ourselves to the fact that we are never going to marry or date these people; it would be nice just to see them perform or see them in person. If we do harbor those kinds of romantic dreams well they're dreams we understand--you don't see me or anybody declaring "JAEJOONGIE OPPA. I'm going to meet you and you're going to fall madly in love with me when you see me for 0.03seconds at the airport." except as a joke (seriously even who the heck will actually... joke about this? -.- The most we did is. "Jae cooked dinner for me! Yummies"). This is common to all singers' fandoms even SNSD; they're singing love songs for Heaven's sake usually in the second person don't use the premeditated effect as an insult. SNSD girls just don't seem like potential friends. With their image they don't seem to have the same desires or wants and coupled with the fact that they are earning a living while doing what they love--if you want to make an accusation of jealousy this is the right reason--and that their individual personalities aren't easily discernible (see Park Kyung Lim Wonderful Outing and UFO Interview to glean the girls being shy awkward and confident at the wrong times; also there are just so many of them!) and often relatable to in the way that "Oh. I act like that when I want to impress someone yup" which they can do now with more assured ease because these are girls and not boys and then all the bad rumors there exist about SNSD many of which haven't been cleared up in a cohesive article by the fans if they aren't true and the fact that thousands and thousands of fans actually got it together long enough to boycott them with silence (the logistics of it!) and Schadenfreude well they aren't going to get much sympathy from the largest fanbase of all young teenage girls. They're not jealous. SNSD is just not friend material and it's okay not to be friends but if a person's personality is not just neutral and boring but also overbearing* and rude** then that person's status elevates from being "not a friend" to being that person whom people dread spending time with and talk about behind his/her back. Meanwhile. SNSD MVs are usually filled with closeups of the girls doing cute things like running around under a mushroom in Alice costumes or popping up with cute expressions (go to 1:24 and 1:26 in the where Yuri does some truly weird things). Korea China Friendship Festival which featured artists from both countries namely from Korea: DBSK. SNSD. Shinee. Insooni. Jewelry. Maya. Paran. Lee JungHyun. DJ Koo. B-Boy team Gambler and from China: HanHong. Sonweeye. Chonming. HwangSongi. Siabaroryang. Chai. Choiyen. Yes. SNSD have again managed to squeeze themselves into this festival amidst the “warm welcome” they received in SMTown China as evidenced: Back to topic initial fancams from said Friendship Festival showed SNSD performance of Kissing You amidst “cheering Cassiopeias” – as attested by who else but Delusional SNSD fans. So with further research we found out that fancams and even fanpics were lacking. One would think that with the presence of the most popular boyband of this generation. DBSK fancams from all walks of life and from all angles of the arena would be proliferating fancafes and video streaming sites in a matter of minutes. Most of the fancams were either close ups of the DBSK boys (not that I’m complaining with seeing Jaejoong up close) or that one of SNSD going around YT. Now what is definitely curious is that there were no OFFICIAL news coverage of the event up to date. It was only when KBS finally released the festival footage more than a week after the actual show that we realized why there seemed to have been a major news blackout for this show. Before starting on the real issue let's look at how Cassiopeia looks like in a DBSK event last year. ("Beijing - Seoul" performed by Xiah Junsu. Hero Jaejoong. Sonweeye and Chonming)So what does this mean?Clearly. Cassiopeia is still boycotting SM. I do commend the fans who still went there and supported DBSK. I saw a hint of cyan as well in support of Shinee. Its heartbreaking to see something like this. No fanclub would want to boycott their own idol. But when push comes to shove. SM needs to learn a lesson in ethics and morality. With fans boycotting concerts with SNSD in the line up and their shows being canceled due to sponsorship problems things are bound to get even uglier unless SM finally realizes that keeping SNSD intact would be the cause of the companies downfall. ARG IT HURTS. Seriously. I don't even think it works. How long are they going to sacrifice the boys for a better future of K-pop? I understand fully that Cassiopeia will and always have supported DBSK and this boycott is a big show of love and care. This is for the future of DBSK for the future of their fandom and for the better treatment of star and fan alike. The boycott is for SM Entertainment,. This is a mature and difficult thing to do and I should show their support of Cassiopeia for it instead of bashing and misunderstanding them. And hopefully time will show the fruits of their efforts. But I can't help but felt distressed for DBSK. Imagine normally seeing a flood of red and now all you see are empty seats and scattered colors. T____TWhy can't SNSD just disband? Neither anyone of us are leading a good life. People shouldn't really judge something and make fools of themselves until they properly see the Event and are certain of what happened.
