BJ WM5 + Vista works,it didnt' bring home the bacon for me at first when i was trying to use the vista default bluetooth driver it just wouldn't detect the PAN function i then installed the IVT BlueSoleil Bluetooth driver that came with my laptop and it detected the PAN service and works great.

You can also default the device by holding up while powering the unit on. It'll go up with a weird screen and go you though it. Make sure you backup anything important before you erase everything (contacts calendars purchased programs etc). thanks! I ended up resetting the phone but lost a few of my newest contacts.
