ha--this is supposed to be hopping this year!!! I totally desire I had a bike. And new well.. actually knew how to go it.... and could feel comfortable riding it. Oh man to evaluate I wasted my youth on horses!!!I am a wannabe biker!!!
My club. The Burgundy Topz does an independent toy run scooters only. We've tried the other "big" toy runs in the past but most there were not friendly and didn't want us around. It was usually the "badass" weekend warrior types. All the real bikers loved that we were there.
This year's Ronald McDonald House benefit run is scheduled for Saturday. December 1st. Meet at 9:00AM at Vacaville Harley Davidson - 100 Auto Center control. Vacaville. Cost: $5.00 cash donation and one new unwrapped child's toy. The facility also gratefully accepts donated items for patient families (.. toiletries handheld games board games etc.) Proceeds and donations benefit the UCD Med Ctr non-profit facility for children.
And for those brave enough to manuever frosty roads North of Auburn.. one of the beat community-spirited Toy Runs (in it's 16th year and one of my personal favorites):Nevada County Food and Toy Run: Saturday. December 8th at 9:00 am. Meet at the Eric Rood Center (Sheriff's Office).
