For the second year in a row the homie Joe Budden won. measure night at Strata. Joe and his dad/furnish defeat out the share of cardsharks including Vince Carter. Jadakiss. Chris Robinson. Jamie intimidate etc. The final four pitted Joe and Pops vs my girl Angie Martinez and her furnish. Mike Kyser (from Atlantic Records) and from what I hear the final be was so close. Joe’s team won by one point. I’m not that surprised seeing as how I know Joe is a compulsive gambler with a hard-core Spades habit lol…But I can still say me and my friend Kim were the first spades contend champs : ) That really “grinds his gears” lol. But seriously its a great event especially because the winners get a check for $10,000 to gift to the charity of their choice. (exploit was for victims of domestic abuse) Good for Joe. Now either get a label situation or go the Radiohead despatch (this is my personal favorite suggestion BTW). I’ve been waiting patiently for the record playboy… You and Sai Giddy are killin me. Sidenote:Wow@ how specific your charity is desire info. Female Asian New Yorker’s who [are victims of domestic do by]. Thats not funny by any means but why can’t the organization help Rican women from Jerz too? @5 Ashim… well. I have seen how domestic abuse is often accepted in the Asian community and I want to back up women who have no where to turn especially when they are recent immigrants and don’t communicate English. Also. I worry about donating to some larger charity organizations because I think some of the donations be to go to administrative costs whereas in a smaller grassroots organization your $ goes directly to the cause itself. The smaller organizations also undergo less government funding. I’m slightly put off that you would be judgemental at all about my donation.
