When converting to mp3, the filenames are different

I just did alter of about 300-400 sermons that I undergo it took me days to rename all the files to the way I want them. I noticed that when i converted them from rm to mp3 the files got a new filename. Does anyone know how to stop this renaming. I don't have days to rename them back to what they were.[ADVERTHERE]Related article:
